We have the right to use or reject your photo you submit.

When you submit a picture and your photo is used, you will not 'own' any part of the home page or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image or images which will then be published on the page of the website.

You cannot change the image once you have submitted them, you must be sure of the image you want on Pikbits, which will be there for at least one week.

If your image is accepted and published on this website (Pikbits), you give us the right to use this picture for this site.

We do not guarantee that a photo you submit will be posted on this site.

No obscene/offensive/adult images will be accepted. We decide what is appropriate for our website. If you submit an image that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative.

If, for whatever reason, after you have submitted a picture for the mosaic and you want your image removed from Pikbits, we will not have the ability to remove them.

Images that you submit for use must be original pictures that are not copyrighted.

Images must NOT be animated.

Images must be in JPEG format, and a reasonable file size.

You must have the authority to provide the image submit.

We may have occasional downtime for site maintenance, however we plan to keep these incidents to a minimum.
